What you'll do

• Manage and monitor janitors for safety, quality, and responsiveness
• assist with on-the-job training
• direct corrective action
• report personnel, quality, or safety issues
• ensure employees have keys and supplies
• brief the oncoming shift
• call on-call employees to ensure coverage
• follow bloodborne pathogen precautions and PPE requirements
• perform cleaning, floor care, dusting, trash removal, and checklist duties as needed
• report broken equipment.
