What you'll do

• Work collections for loan and deposit accounts, including non-routine matters
• interpret credit bureau reports and maintain delinquency procedures
• process payments and support loan resolutions
• prepare legal documents and recommend charge-offs to the manager
• complete post-origination-to-payoff loan tasks and maintain loan accounts and titles
• follow applicable lending and compliance regulations
• research and resolve member complaints
• verify member identity
• support staff and training
• maintain accurate records and documentation.
