What you'll do

• Perform and oversee surveying, including construction staking, ALTA surveys, plats, deeds, and legal descriptions
• conduct boundary analysis and use survey technology
• plan and lead complex projects
• manage project delivery, schedules, budgets, and quality
• coordinate with team members and agencies
• maintain client relationships and support marketing
• enforce QA/QC procedures
• supervise, mentor, train, and review staff.
