What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation and portioning
• serve meals, beverages, and concession items
• set up and restock serving lines and stations
• greet guests and process transactions when assigned
• follow food safety, sanitation, and temperature-check procedures
• refer allergy and dietary questions to supervisors or culinary staff
• wash dishes and utensils, clean service areas, and remove trash and recycling
• assist with opening, replenishment, inventory counts, and closing cleanup.
