Growth and advancing technology dictated building our new 177,000 square foot hospital at 5700 E Hwy 90 completed in 2015.

What you'll do

• Evaluates, plans, and delivers evidence-based physical therapy interventions to patients across acute hospital, acute rehabilitation, inpatient, medical-surgical, and outpatient care settings.
• Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, pain management, and overall functional independence.
• Collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary care team, participates in discharge planning, and educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies.
• Ensures accurate, timely documentation and maintains compliance with regulatory and facility standards while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
