What you'll do

• Complete and submit accurate MDS assessments

• keep Assessment Reference Dates within Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
• participate in monthly Quality Measure meetings
• work with nursing leadership to identify and resolve documentation opportunities
• assist the interdisciplinary team with Medicare coverage decisions.
