What you'll do

• ensure safe staffing and develop nursing schedules
• provide clinical decision-making support and direct patient care when indicated
• participate in QAPI monitoring and analysis
• collaborate on hiring, termination, and performance evaluations
• support admissions and treatment-team communication
• assist with survey readiness, regulatory compliance, policies, procedures, and program development
• assume nursing administrator on-call duties when indicated.
