What you'll do

• With mentor guidance, build and release features across live chat, AI customer service, Shopify data, merchant administration, and reporting. Integrate frontend and backend APIs, process data, test and document code, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system stability and performance. Develop AI capabilities such as product Q&A, order lookup, human handoff, and conversation summaries
• collaborate with product, design, QA, operations, and customer success.
