What you'll do

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute closing documents and regulatory disclosures
• contact attorneys and provide pipeline reports to schedule closings
• manage assigned loan closing pipelines and respond to file inquiries and deficiencies
• review flood and hazard insurance documentation
• process loan funding
• activate PMI insurance after closing
• assist with post-closing corrections and borrower communication
• collaborate on projects
• train and guide mortgage closers
• maintain procedures, job aids, and checklists.
