What you'll do

• Oversee daily Patient Access operations, staffing, productivity, and service standards
• conduct quality audits of registration, insurance verification, documentation, and charge entry
• lead point-of-service collections and patient financial discussions
• prepare staff schedules and assign duties
• coordinate training and performance evaluations
• monitor trends and implement process improvements
• coordinate with Nursing, Scheduling, and Revenue Cycle teams
• maintain Patient Access procedures
• participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
