Pharmacist — On-Call/PRN

The Pharmacist role is onsite at CCI Health Services’ Gaithersburg/Ora Glen location and other assigned locations. Compensation is $120,000–$132,000 per year. The pharmacist oversees pharmacy services by providing medication information and counseling, supporting clinic staff education, maintaining compliant drug inventories and records, and supervising support personnel. These responsibilities help promote safe prescribing and dispensing and reliable pharmacy operations.

What you'll do

• Answer pharmacy questions from health care professionals and counsel patients on drug therapies
• participate in clinical programs and train pharmacy staff, students, interns, residents, and health care professionals
• comply with state and federal drug laws
• maintain controlled-substance records and remove outdated or damaged drugs
• maintain separate 340B inventory as appropriate
• supervise support personnel
• maintain current registration
• follow infection-control and safety procedures.
