What you'll do

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care. Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for patients, families, and other groups or disciplines. Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources
• serve as a leader and partner on the interdisciplinary team. Use data to evaluate and promote changes that support optimal outcomes, adapt interactions to patient needs, and maintain compliance with applicable laws and standards. Requires an active RN license in the state of practice and current American Heart Association BLS certification.

Why this role
