Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator role is onsite in Long Beach, WA. Compensation is $17.13 per hour, or $19.13 per hour during initial training, plus incentive earnings reasonably ranging from $11,500 to $76,500 annually depending on individual performance and site targets. Travel outside the home site’s area is not required. Travel + Leisure Co. is a vacation ownership and travel membership company serving travelers worldwide. The coordinator engages prospective and current owners at resorts, qualifies potential customers, and schedules sales-preview presentations. The role supports resort marketing and sales activity by creating customer interactions that meet company policies, compliance standards, and performance goals.

What you'll do

• Serve as a professional brand ambassador
• coordinate with resort staff to receive guest arrival information
• greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend sales-preview tours
• screen and qualify potential customers
• make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits
• attend training and department meetings
• keep current on marketing materials and industry trends
• review performance goals.
