What you'll do

• Serve as a primary exhibitor contact
• coordinate contracts, payments, records, registrations, and booth assignments
• track donation commitments and compliance
• maintain exhibitor, donor, and auction information
• support auction donor outreach and inventory
• coordinate auction item descriptions and photography
• assist with convention planning and onsite operations
• and support post-convention auction item fulfillment.
