What you'll do

• Maintain regular office hours and a visible presence
• coordinate time away with the program manager
• remain available for on-premise emergencies
• maintain records and assist with tenant recertifications and required forms
• collect and record rent payments
• clean common areas and dispose of trash
• perform light maintenance and repairs
• monitor compliance with leases, house rules, and governing agreements.
