Cybersecurity Specialist (RSA Archer GRC)

The Cybersecurity Specialist role is hybrid in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $40–$45 per hour. The role supports production operations and administration of the RSA Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform, coordinating with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Security, IT, and vendor teams. The specialist maintains platform availability and operational quality through administration, monitoring, incident resolution, release support, reporting, and data validation. This work helps stakeholders use the platform to support governance, risk, compliance, and security processes.

What you'll do

• Administer and support RSA Archer
• monitor production jobs, workflows, integrations, and data feeds
• manage user roles and permissions using RBAC
• configure platform updates
• handle incidents and service requests
• support releases, patches, upgrades, and validation
• maintain reports, dashboards, documentation, and data quality
• coordinate with stakeholders and vendor support.

Why this role
