What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes
• set up and stock cooking stations
• maintain clean, organized preparation areas and follow food-safety protocols
• control portions and minimize waste
• plate dishes
• track ingredient use and report low supplies
• and collaborate with kitchen staff during service.
