What you'll do

• Communicate with patients, clients, referral sources, and locations
• conduct insurance verification and eligibility checks
• make daily outbound calls
• obtain authorizations, orders, and qualification documentation
• maintain accurate patient notes and data
• educate contacts on service qualifications and third-party billing
• review documentation for medical necessity and payer requirements
• resolve or route issues
• use eIntake and HRCM systems. Travel to a Rotech location as needed.
