Hotel Facilities Project Manager

Job overview

The Hotel Facilities Project Manager role is based in Lindblad Expeditions’ Seattle, WA office, with a hybrid schedule: office Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The posted salary range is $100,000–$120,000 per year. Lindblad Expeditions operates expedition travel voyages to remote destinations. The project manager coordinates hotel-related capital, maintenance, refurbishment, and shipyard projects across the fleet. The role connects shipboard teams, internal departments, contractors, vendors, and shipyards to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within approved budgets, and in line with operational and guest experience standards.

What you'll do

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• support drydock and vessel project planning
• coordinate onsite shipyard execution
• track costs, invoices, procurement, contractors, and vendors
• manage scope changes
• report project status
• conduct walkthroughs and track deficiencies
• close out project documentation and costs
• capture lessons learned and improve project processes.
