What you'll do

• Lead and improve portfolio operating cadences and leadership reviews
• synthesize performance data and track decisions and actions
• improve portfolio processes, reporting, and standard work
• develop dashboards for bookings, revenue, margin, backlog, delivery, and quality
• partner on forecasting, backlog reviews, funnel management, and revenue recognition
• support product launches, lifecycle communications, pricing actions, and transitions
• lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and Kaizen events
• coach teams in root-cause analysis, standard work, visual management, and sustained improvement.
