What you'll do

• Maintain proficiency in Barista and Shift Lead duties
• manage daily labor, sales, and efficiency
• recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members
• conduct performance feedback and reviews
• build weekly labor schedules
• train and develop Baristas and Shift Leads
• manage inventory and waste
• oversee cash handling and deposits
• use the point-of-sale system and reports
• maintain brand, product quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• resolve escalated customer concerns
• ensure labor and food-safety compliance
• delegate tasks
• make daily decisions within company policy.
