What you'll do

• Serve as lead or charge nurse during assigned shifts
• provide emergency and trauma care across age groups
• perform rapid assessments, triage, stabilization, and interventions
• independently manage and prioritize patient care
• coordinate with providers, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain timely documentation
• support a collaborative care environment. Inpatient or swing-bed support may be needed occasionally.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of ER or trauma nursing experience, an ADN or higher, an active Montana RN license or ability to obtain one, and ACLS. PALS, TNCC, and/or NRP are strongly preferred. A $30,000 sign-on bonus requires a three-year commitment; relocation reimbursement and three months of covered housing are listed.
