What you'll do

• Conduct diagnostic mental health and substance abuse assessments
• provide individual, family, and group treatment
• deliver outreach treatment in families’ homes and subcontractor facilities
• maintain client records and required paperwork
• coordinate treatment with collateral agents and subcontractors
• provide wraparound care planning
• consult with community agencies and subcontractors on request
• participate in supervision, meetings, training, and the on-call rotation.
