Why this role

B.S. or Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited school and an active Oklahoma pharmacist license required; BLS within 14 days of hire or transfer and before direct patient care; ACLS required for attending Code Blue; one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
