What you'll do

• Prepare food for residents, guests, and employees according to menus, planned events, and standard recipes
• plate food according to portion and garnishing guidelines
• ensure sufficient food is prepared
• communicate shortages
• check freshness, cooking status, and seasoning
• stock and clean the station for the next shift
• follow food rotation policies
• assist kitchen staff
• maintain sanitation and safety
• and clean and inspect kitchen appliances and work areas.
