What you'll do

• Maintain uptime of multi-tenant infrastructure
• collaborate with engineering teams to improve platforms and simplify architecture and processes
• configure and use monitoring tools
• conduct incident response and root-cause analysis
• provide first-level system and network support
• monitor daily software and network operations
• assist users with fault isolation and resolution
• perform system analysis and reporting.
