• Own internal identity and access, endpoint management, hardware and application lifecycles, IT budget and vendors, workplace technology, helpdesk service delivery, incident escalation, business continuity, automation, and IT-side SOC 2 controls and audit evidence
• lead and develop one Senior IT Support Analyst
• and support IT integration for acquisitions.
