What you'll do

• Support the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Department
• oversee nursing staff performance against role expectations and facility standards
• participate in facility surveys and improvement initiatives
• conduct daily rounds to assess nursing care standards.
