AI Solutions Analyst

The role supports the firm’s growing AI program and works with AI Tech & Operations leadership and the AI Enablement Analyst. The role exists to translate business needs into practical AI workflows and solutions. It contributes to adoption and responsible use by prototyping tools, supporting training and user rollout, documenting practices, and evaluating solution quality and usefulness.

What you'll do

• Help build and maintain lightweight AI solutions, custom GPTs, internal assistants, automations, and workflow prototypes
• assist with agent-based use cases
• design and refine prompts and AI playbooks
• identify automation opportunities with stakeholders
• test and improve tools and workflows
• document solutions and support deployment and adoption
• evaluate tools and outputs
• track requests, pilots, feedback, and follow-ups
• support training sessions, demos, and office hours
• promote responsible AI practices
• support cross-functional projects from idea through pilot deployment.
