The role exists to provide accurate imaging that supports clinical care. The technologist performs radiographic procedures safely, assists patients with positioning, and helps maintain imaging equipment and clinic operations.

What you'll do

• Produce radiographs using established patient-care and safety procedures
• carry out radiology requisitions and required views
• use radiographic techniques and medical imaging systems
• position patients and occasionally lift them
• use radiation protection and shielding
• maintain supplies and report equipment malfunctions
• operate portable and C-Arm equipment if applicable
• provide backup support to Medical Assistants and upload outside CDs
• assist with training and supervision of student technologists.

Why this role

No experience required; previous orthopaedic experience preferred. Requires graduation from an accredited two-year radiologic technology program or equivalent military training and current BLS certification.
