What you'll do
- Monitor and check on assigned residents
- observe, report, and document changes in condition
- respond to security systems and resident call bells
- assist with continence care, meals, hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transfers, and activities
- maintain resident rooms and work areas
- assist with medication and treatments using the medication observation record and Six Rights
- document medication administration and refusals
- report concerns
- restock medication carts
- count narcotics with another medication care manager or nurse
- take and record vital signs.
