What you'll do

• Supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during the morning shift
• oversee care for medically complex pediatric residents
• provide clinical guidance
• monitor changes in condition and ensure interventions and follow-up
• oversee admissions, transfers, orders, medications, treatments, and documentation
• ensure policies and standards are followed
• respond to emergencies
• communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• ensure staffing coverage
• review documentation and follow up on incidents and clinical concerns.
