The role exists to maintain a sound organization and strengthen delivery of community mental health services through policy administration, resource oversight, staff guidance, planning, and partnerships. It also develops grant opportunities and supports grant-funded programs and compliance.

What you'll do

• Administer company-wide policies, procedures, and practices. Gather information from the Division of Mental Health and community partners for program planning and development. Communicate with the Board, CFO, coworkers, and staff
• monitor resources and spending. Develop objectives and strategies that use staff strengths to support service delivery. Guide staff, plan and prioritize administrative work, build community partnerships, and research, prepare, and submit grant applications while supporting grant program management and reporting.
