What you'll do

• Provide prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
• assess and document patient conditions
• collaborate with the dental team on treatment plans
• administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as permitted by state regulations
• maintain patient records using OpenDental and other dental software
• follow infection-control protocols
• travel as needed to support community sites.
