What you'll do

• Clean classrooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas
• handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
• maintain cleaning and maintenance supply inventory
• conduct playground sweeps and safety checks
• provide classroom support when needed
• cover staff breaks or short-term absences to maintain classroom ratios
• assist with arrival, dismissal, meals, and events
• respond to maintenance requests
• set up and break down furniture and equipment
• follow health, safety, sanitation, licensing, Head Start, and organizational policies
• travel to other centers when needed.
