The Unarmed Concierge Security Officer role is onsite in Delray Beach, FL, with a schedule of Monday–Thursday, 11:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday, 4:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. Pay is $15.92 per hour. The role supports residential clients and contributes to Allied Universal’s security and facility services. The officer provides a visible security presence, monitors access and assigned areas, and responds to resident concerns and incidents. Clear communication, patrols, and accurate reporting help safeguard residents, visitors, and property staff.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff while following security procedures and site policies
• respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations
• document observations and actions
• conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• direct residents, guests, and vendors as needed
• maintain activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications
• report maintenance, policy, and security concerns.

Why this role
