What you'll do

• Transport patients and maintain care en route
• assess patients and obtain histories and records
• provide ordered therapeutic modalities within nursing scope
• manage airways and use IV pumps, ventilators, monitors, and other transport equipment as needed
• report emergencies to dispatch
• provide handoff reports
• complete authorizations and patient-care reports
• inspect and maintain assigned equipment and vehicle.
