What you'll do

• Maintain high community occupancy
• manage prospect tracking and sales reporting
• oversee the sales process from lead development and inquiry response through tours, follow-up, deposits, and move-in transition
• develop sales, marketing, and outreach plans
• build referral relationships
• coordinate events
• conduct competitive shops and recommend promotions
• track designated marketing budget items
• act as General Manager if assigned.
