Activity Assistant

The role contributes to a safe, supportive daily program and assists with meals, transportation arrivals and departures, and assigned personal care.

What you'll do

• Conduct assigned activities and gather supplies
• implement and evaluate activities under coordinator direction
• provide instructed client interactions
• report behavior changes to the Activities Coordinator and Registered Nurse
• encourage participation
• prepare activity areas
• assist with dining-area cleanup, van arrivals and departures, toileting, feeding, and meal service as assigned.
