What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day field operations across residential remodeling projects
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and schedules
• conduct site inspections and maintain safe, organized jobsites
• review drawings and specifications
• communicate project updates to homeowners
• coordinate deliveries and subcontractor schedules
• resolve field issues with project management
• maintain logs and progress photos
• verify workmanship
• assist with punch lists and final walkthroughs.
