What you'll do

• Coordinate due diligence and manage electronic data rooms
• build closing checklists and run the closing process
• review and summarize UCC, judgment, tax, and lien searches
• prepare and distribute closing binders
• prepare and file formation, merger, and dissolution documents
• maintain minute books and corporate records.
