This newly created position takes recruiting responsibilities from branch managers and helps the organization meet ongoing staffing needs.

What you'll do

• Recruit for high-volume field roles
• build and maintain candidate pipelines
• conduct community-based recruiting
• attend job fairs and workforce events
• develop relationships with trade schools and workforce organizations
• source candidates through referrals, social media, job boards, grassroots recruiting, and direct outreach
• screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• visit branches and field locations
• maintain recruiting records and metrics
• communicate with candidates
• and assist with pre-employment and onboarding activities.
