What you'll do

• Lead HR and payroll administration for the facility
• process onboarding, benefits, payroll changes, and timekeeping
• maintain confidential personnel records in compliance with laws
• ensure regulatory compliance, wage and hour adherence, and timely reporting
• partner with leadership on employee relations, hiring, performance management, and training
• coordinate orientation and background checks
• maintain attendance and disciplinary records
• conduct exit interviews.
