The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Blue Springs, MO, with pay of $16–$19 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule, generally 9:00/9:30 a.m. to 6:00/6:30 p.m. The Learning Experience aims to create a positive, engaging environment where children learn, play, grow, and thrive. The teacher creates a safe and nurturing classroom, implements the L.E.A.P. curriculum, and builds relationships with families and colleagues. Why this role

Six months of professional teaching experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. One year of teaching experience and an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field are preferred. State licensing requirements apply.
