What you'll do

  • Perform due diligence, structuring analysis, agreement review, and integration support for transactions
  • advise on partnership tax matters
  • lead tax-compliance integration for acquired entities
  • research and document tax-return and business issues
  • conduct tax planning and coordinate with legal and tax advisors
  • summarize tax legislation and developments
  • assist with income and franchise tax audits
  • contribute to income-tax provision and uncertain-tax-position analysis
  • support special projects.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA, 6+ years of corporate tax and accounting experience, and 3+ years of supervisory experience. A master’s degree, JD/LL.M. in taxation, and SAP proficiency are preferred.
