What you'll do

• Lead regional managers and align work with company strategy and owner goals
• oversee budgets, profit and loss, and portfolio reviews
• manage reporting and operational reviews
• make hiring and salary administration decisions and develop teams
• maintain client, investor, vendor, and stakeholder relationships
• identify technologies and processes to improve performance
• assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and business development
• assess market trends, risks, property value, and tenant experience.
