What you'll do

• Review menus and production sheets
• prepare assigned food items
• follow sanitation and safety standards
• maintain kitchen equipment and work areas
• monitor cooking and serving temperatures
• assist with meal preparation and distribution
• follow residents’ diet orders and texture modifications
• participate in staff meetings and training.
