What you'll do

• Design scenarios covering policy intake, binding, issuance, servicing, billing, audits, renewals, cancellations, and related transactions
• create processing instructions, transaction reviews, exception plans, service communications, and quality checks
• write reference responses
• grade AI-generated responses against rubrics
• identify processing errors and provide written feedback to the research team.
