What you'll do

• Direct daily Club operations, staffing, training, scheduling, and facility use
• ensure program targets and contract obligations are met
• recruit and retain students
• monitor program data and submit required reports
• maintain safety and facility standards
• manage staff and volunteers
• hire, train, supervise, and evaluate operations staff
• monitor budgets and revenue
• ensure administrative policies are followed.
