What you'll do

• Answer and transfer calls and take messages
• greet members and guests
• provide club schedules and information
• sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail
• perform word processing, filing, and copying
• maintain reception-area supplies
• prioritize work and handle difficult situations
• keep the front desk and lobby clean and neat
• provide concierge and reservation assistance and report concerns to appropriate departments.
